A design consultation allows us to understand your outdoor living needs and evaluate feasibility. Wether you're looking for a full 3D design and spec, or a 2D plan + proposal, we offer tailored design agreement options.

Is there a way to know what it will cost before committing to a Design Agreement?



Yes! We discuss the ranges we would anticipate you project to cost during the free consultation. AND if we see that the cost is going to be much higher than we discussed, we notify you and offer a refund for the design. Our intent is to win your business through the design effort.

How can I prepare for the design consultation?



It's helpful to have a list of your outdoor living needs, preferences, and goals, as well as any inspiration images or sketches you have. You should also be prepared to discuss your budget and timeline.

Do I need to be at the consultation?



Yes. All decision makers need to be present - our most successful projects start with everyone involved.

Are you insured?



Yes. We are fully insured.

Is there a fee for the design consultation?



No. Our consultations are free.

Can I make changes to the design after the end of the Design Agreement?



Yes. We can always make changes to the design and proposal. Small changes are usually made quickly without an additional cost. Substantial changes may require additional design fees.

Do I own the design when it's finished?



Yes. The design is yours! Build specs and permitting documents may be purchased for an additional fee.

Can I do my project in phases?



Yes! Most of our clients prefer comprehensive master plans so they know how the pieces will fit together.

I want to sell my house, is landscaping going to improve my home's value?



If you plan on selling your home, we recommend cleaning and simplifying the landscaping. Future home buyers don't want to inherit landscape duty.
